Please carefully review our Shipping and Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.
WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING DELIVERY OPTIONS?
StAshArt Studios utilizes multiple platforms to offer the most efficient means of shipping. All T-Shirts will be shipped from Amazon via their distribution facilities. Utilizing Amazons FBA facility allows us to ship our shirts 1-3 days from the purchase date. All other items are subject to shipping rates. Hoodies and accessories are shipped by our POD (print on demand) distributor and will be indicated on the product page. Shipping prices for POD items will vary by product. Customer service and returns will be handled by our POD distributor and will be subject to their shipping and return policies.
We do not offer local delivery or instore pick-up options
Please note: Most shipping companies do not deliver to PO Boxes. For orders with multiple items, items may arrive separately from separate shipping distribution centers. Shipping fees will be applied at checkout. Items being shipped and fulfilled by Amazon do not require extra shipping rates.
PROCESSING AND SHIPPING TIMES
Shipping times will vary depending on your location. On Average you can expect your package to arrive 1-3 days for Amazon fulfilled orders. Processing times will vary between 6-8 days for POD orders . POD orders can take 6-9 days after the order is processed depending on lyour location . Custom orders, and designs created by StAshArt Studios can have up to a 3 to 5 week processing time depending on the items being purchased and designs being requested.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
For now StAshArt Studios only ships within the U.S. As we grow we may offer International offers through Amazon
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
We will send tracking numbers with all orders once they are processed and ready to ship. Delays do happen and are very inconvenient. Weather and transportation issues sometimes do arise so please be patient in those situations. Customer service for Amazon fulfilled orders will be handled by Amazon, all returns and inquiries will be handled by Amazons customer service. POD orders will also be handled by their customer service.
